Comments: Management of comments made by the User through the training course.

Browsing Data: Data collected by the website’s own cookies or those of third parties which can be generated by this website after informing the User and getting his/her approval.

Communications: The User who voluntarily accepts this option will be sent promotions, advertising, offers, news, event invitations and any type of commercial information from the Owner.

Personalised communications: The User who voluntarily accepts this option will be sent promotions, advertising, offers, news, event invitations and any type of commercial information which is personalised in a way which the Owner can determine according to their browsing data, preferences and personal profile.

In any case, the User can cancel the subscription to that advertising at any time by sending an e-mail to consejo@sherry.org from the same account to which the advertising mails are being sent.

3. Authorisation and storage of data

Legal basis of the process: The User voluntarily consents to provide his/her data and accepts the terms of the Privacy Policy.

In the case of the necessary data for these purposes not being provided, it will not be possible to offer the service. Data will be stored only for so long as the relationship exists and if the User does not request its deletion, and always in compliance with the applicable legal statute of limitations.

5. Rights of the interested parties

6. Free text boxes

Data provided by the User will be deemed to be correct and, consequently, if incorrect data is sent by the User, the Owner disclaims any responsibility for incorrect execution or non-execution of the shipment as well as incorrect processing of the necessary administrative procedures.

9. Communication of personal data

With regard to the management of the Services, data provided by Users may be handled by companies which provide various services to the Owner, including mail, messaging, record keeping, accounting, IT maintenance or any other service which might be essential or unavoidable due to its condition as Responsible Party. Under no circumstances will this processing be considered as an assignment of data.

The Owner will never disclose User data to third parties.

10. Confidentiality

Furthermore, information of any type exchanged between the two parties will also be strictly confidential including anything of that nature which is agreed between them or simply the content of said information. The display of data over the internet does not imply direct access to it without the express consent of the owner on each occasion.
